INTIES Ltd., company 17433193, 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, is responsible for customer information used to run Emergency Gold Reserve. Contact support@intiesltd.com about privacy, access, correction or deletion requests.

Information we use

We use your sign-in identifier, contact details, selected number, destination, order and payment references to process your preorder, fulfil delivery, provide support and prevent duplicate reservations. Stripe collects your payment, billing and delivery details on its hosted checkout. This website does not receive full card numbers. We store your checkout email and message delivery status to send your confirmation and receipt, retry delivery failures and provide customer support. These messages are transactional, not marketing. Auction bids are linked to your sign-in identity and email so we can administer the auction and contact its winner.

Your browser remembers your selected country locally. Approximate country detection uses the hosting network's country information; the application does not store your IP address for this purpose. Hosting and payment providers may process connection and security logs. Essential sign-in and payment technologies are used to operate the service.

Purpose, sharing and retention

We process order information to perform our contract, meet accounting obligations and pursue our legitimate interests in security and customer support. Necessary information is processed by Stripe, Resend (for transactional confirmations and receipts), and our hosting/authentication providers, and delivery details will be shared with the carrier to fulfil your order. Providers may process information outside the UK using their applicable transfer safeguards. We retain transaction and accounting records for up to six years after the relevant financial year; other information is kept only as long as needed for its purpose or applicable legal obligations.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable. Some records must be retained for legal reasons. You can clear the saved country through your browser's site-data settings. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. See Stripe's privacy notice at stripe.com/privacy for its payment processing.
