Your numbered ornament
A decorative novelty ornament with a gold-coloured metal bar, attached hinged case, removable dashboard mounting system and decorative certificate. Numbers 001–500 contain no investment gold. Proposed case dimensions are approximately 100 × 60 × 55 mm. Dashboard suitability depends on its surface and a safe position clear of airbags and the driver's view. Follow the supplied installation instructions. Number 000 is a separate auction with its own bidding terms.
Payment and reservation
The price review and Stripe checkout show the exact amount and currency payable to INTIES. Full payment is collected now. Shipping to the selected supported destination is included. Any import duties, clearance charges or local import taxes assessed by the destination are payable by the recipient and are additional. Your bank may apply its own conversion or international transaction fees.
Selecting a number alone does not reserve it. Checkout temporarily holds it; successful payment confirms the reservation and order. Delayed payment methods remain pending until confirmed. We provide an order confirmation and paid invoice. A failed or expired checkout does not confirm an order.
Delivery and changes
This is a preorder for intended delivery on 8 February 2027, not immediate dispatch. By ordering, you agree to this future delivery schedule. Exact arrival depends on manufacture, shipping and customs. We will notify you by email if the schedule materially changes, provide a revised estimate and offer cancellation for a full refund. If we cannot manufacture or fulfil your order, we will refund everything paid to us. We will not substitute a different serial number without your agreement.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel before dispatch by emailing your order reference to support@intiesltd.com for a full refund to the original payment method. After delivery, notify us within 14 days if you wish to cancel, then return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Contact us for return instructions. You pay direct return postage for a change of mind; we cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. We may reduce a change-of-mind refund for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
For pre-dispatch cancellations or inability to fulfil, we issue refunds within 14 days. For returns, we refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence they were sent back, whichever is earlier. Bank processing can take additional time. Your rights for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered goods and other mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
Cancellation notice
You may email: “I give notice that I cancel my order for Emergency Gold Reserve, order reference [reference], ordered on [date], received on [date if applicable]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].” A signature is only needed if sent on paper. Send to INTIES Ltd. at the contact details above.
